How do Priory students, parents, alumni and friends enhance our community spirit and raise much needed funds? By enjoying a game of golf and dining together of course!

On Thursday, May 18th, 136 members of The Priory Community came together at the Club de Golf Metropolitain to raise much needed funds for The Priory School Bursary Program. The participants set out on what would be a fun-filled day “Fore the kids!”  This year, twenty-three golf enthusiasts from our senior grades, also hit the links and dined with parents and staff in support of this worthy cause.

Once they had completed their round, the golfers returned to the club-house and joined other guests, for cocktails, ladies’ massages and manicures, followed by a delicious three course dinner, raffle, silent and live auction bidding.

Worthy of mention, a great part of the success of the tournament is due to the dedicated Golf Committee, Chaired by Patrick Mattei, Tania Pannunzio, Diana Metzen, and Vako Ohanian, and committee members, Mark Balcar, Cynthia Coletti, Frank and Suzanne Csik, Flavia D'Orazio, Stacy Prendergast, Hélène Martineau, Casey Sherriffs, Anita DiStefano, Davey Lahteenmaa and Tim Peters.

A special thanks to everyone who supported this year’s tournament. Your generosity truly makes a difference to students at The Priory School.
