The aim of the ERC program is to develop attitudes of respect, openness and acceptance in each of our students so that they are well prepared to live in our diverse society. The focus of the religious aspect of the ERC program at The Priory School is to provide our students with
the knowledge base to have an informed understanding of the many different forms of religious expression present in the world. The historical and cultural importance of Catholicism are given particular prominence.

Our students are provided with many opportunities to identify and reflect on ethical questions, propose possible solutions and examine others points of view. Students are challenged to broaden their view of the world. As children acquire an understanding of our differences they develop a greater understanding and acceptance of each other.

Faith First classes are offered after-school for students who are preparing to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation, First Communion and Confirmation.
