A Summer Camp Designed Just for 4–6 Year Olds

At Priory Kinder Camp, children aged 4–6 spend their days exploring, creating, and making new friends in a caring environment designed just for them.

Unlike larger camps that span a wide age range, Priory Kinder Camp is thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique developmental and emotional needs of preschool-aged children. Every aspect of the program is designed to meet children where they are, with care, intention, and play at the heart of each day.

Rooted in the values of The Priory School, Kinder Camp is more than just a place to play. It’s a nurturing space where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn through hands-on experiences. Our trained animators, experienced in early childhood, guide children through their day with kindness, patience, and encouragement.

We keep our groups intentionally small and maintain a low child-to-staff ratio to provide a personalised camp experience where every child is seen, heard, and cared for. From cheerful morning greetings to warm end-of-day hugs, you can feel confident knowing your little one is in caring hands every step of the way.

🕒 Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (full-day care included)

💛 Ratios: Small groups and a low child-to-staff ratio

WHAT’S INCLUDED

✅ $395 per week. All outings, activities, bilingual entertainment, afternoon snack and full-day care included.

✅ All-Day Care (7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
Flexible full-day coverage included. No extra fees for early drop-off or late pick-up.

✅ Outings & Outdoor Adventures
Safe, age-appropriate adventures like park walks, splash pad visits, and bi-weekly outings, always communicated in advance and fully supervised by trained Priory staff

✅ Bilingual Entertainment
Exciting bilingual guest workshops led by entertainers, including Art & Drama and STEM-themed activities.

✅ Afternoon Snack
Healthy, kid-approved snacks are provided daily. Options include fruit, yogurt, and whole grains. Allergy accommodations available.

Each week brings a new theme to spark creativity and play. No two weeks are the same!

Every week brings a new adventure! Here’s a sneak peek at what’s in store this summer:

  • WEEK 1: Treasure Tides (July 6-10)

    WEEK 1 THEME: TREASURE TIDES (July 6-10)

    Little campers will discover hidden treasures, shimmering seas, and magical ocean tales through imaginative play, crafts, and games inspired by life on and under the waves.

  • WEEK 2 THEME: MAGIC & MAKE BELIEVE (July 13-17)

    A week filled with pretend play, creative crafts, costumes, and stories where children’s imagination leads the way through magical worlds and playful surprises.

  • WEEK 3 THEME: WILD & WATER WONDERS (July 20-24)

    Children will meet friendly animals from land and sea through playful games, hands-on crafts, and movement activities.

  • WEEK 4 THEME: READY, SET, SPORTS! (July 27-31)

    A playful introduction to movement and teamwork through fun sports games, obstacle courses, and active play designed just for little bodies.

KINDER CAMP FAQs

  • Yes! Families can register for one, several, or all four weeks. Each week features its own theme and is designed to offer a complete and engaging experience.

  • Cancellations may be made up until the Friday before your child’s registered camp week begins, with no penalty or fee.

  • Yes. Our team is led by experienced Priory staff who are passionate about working with young children.

    Elena, our Camp Manager, brings calm, confident leadership and ensures every camper feels right at home. Caelan, our Team Leader, supports our staff with kindness and care, helping to create a warm, welcoming environment.

    All of our animators are caring and carefully selected for their ability to connect with preschool-aged children. We keep our groups intentionally small to maintain a low child-to-staff ratio and provide each camper with a personalised, attentive experience.

  • Yes — the $365/week rate includes all outings, guest workshops, supplies, afternoon snacks, and full-day care from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • We understand that starting something new can feel overwhelming, especially for young children. That’s why we keep our groups intentionally small and greet every child by name each day. Our caring team focuses on building trust and connection from the very beginning, ensuring each camper feels safe, supported, and seen.

  • A labelled backpack with:

    • Lunch and snacks

    • Refillable water bottle

    • Hat and sunscreen

    • Swimsuit and towel (for splash days)

    • Closed-toe shoes

    We provide a healthy afternoon snack each day.

  • While core activities are conducted in English, campers enjoy a rich bilingual experience through weekly workshops and entertainment, including visits from French-speaking guest animators and engaging cultural activities. It’s a fun and natural way for children to be exposed to both languages in a supportive environment.

  • Yes. We believe every child deserves a respectful, safe, and caring environment. Our age-appropriate Code of Conduct encourages positive behaviour, cooperation, and kindness. Our team gently supports campers in understanding expectations and developing essential social skills in a nurturing way.

    The Kinder Camp Code of Conduct is adapted from The Priory School’s Code and is rooted in our five core values: Caring, Community, Curiosity, Creativity, and Respect.
